Throughout history, all over the world the democratic right to protest has been met with draconian force. People seeking fair rights for human beings and the environment face riot shields, tear gas and bullets. Governments introduce legislation designed to intimidate and suppress. Every right we take for granted has been hard fought for.

Workers forced to go on strike
Union says down tools tonight
Students point out wrong from right
Be in no doubt they'll call the army out

Women getting off their knees
Punk rock calls for anarchy
Black lives matter take the knee
Be in no doubt they’ll call the army out

Make your protest, make your show
Get back to work and the status quo
You can march and you can shout
But when you do we’ll call the army out

Stonewall got to march for pride
Somethings wrong so make it right
When times are dark you shine a light
Be in no doubt

Protect the rich at any cost
When they fuck up repay their loss
Long may they rule over us
Be in no doubt

So listen all you soldiers when they call the army
When they hand out the orders to call
Lay your rifles on the ground don’t
If you got doubts dont

Make your protest have your crowd
Make demands but not too loud
You can march and you can shout
But when you do we’ll call the army out
